CHAPEL HILL, North Carolina, October 12, 2026: Aide Solutions LLC (aidesolutions.net), which builds AI systems for health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), today announced that it has completed a SOC 2 Type 2 examination of its HEORACLE platform. The report, issued by A-LIGN, covers the trust services criteria for Security over the period May 15 to August 15, 2026. The auditor’s opinion is unqualified, and no exceptions were noted in the controls tested.
The examination follows the company’s ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, awarded by A-LIGN in August 2026 (certificate ISMS-AI-081126), which covers the information security management system behind its HEOR consulting and technology services.
HEORACLE is the company’s platform for health economic model development, from concept and model specification through Excel and R models to the technical report. The SOC 2 report covers the HEORACLE production platform and its supporting infrastructure.

SOC 2 is a reporting framework established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In a Type 2 examination, an independent auditor tests whether an organization’s controls operated effectively over a defined period, in addition to how they are designed.
