Baris Deniz, MSc (Operations Research)
CEO & Founder
Baris began his career as an engineer, trained in Operations Research, a discipline built on
turning complex systems into solvable problems. That instinct for finding structural solutions
to messy, high-stakes processes is what eventually drew him into health economics and outcomes
research.
Over the next two decades, he worked across the full spectrum of the field: inside pharmaceutical
companies and at consulting firms, with organizations ranging from small biotechs to global
enterprises, across a broad range of disease areas. That breadth meant preparing dozens of
reimbursement submissions to HTA agencies around the world, gaining a clear-eyed view
of where the process worked and where it broke down.
The bottleneck was rarely the science. It was the time and manual effort required to turn
rigorous science into the evidence packages that decisions depend on. Capable research teams
were spending months on work that technology could accelerate, without compromising the rigor
that regulators, payers, and patients rely on.
AIdeSolutions was built at that intersection: two decades of HEOR domain expertise, combined
with an engineer's approach to building systems that actually work in regulated environments.
The goal is straightforward: make high-quality evidence generation faster, so that effective
new medicines reach the patients who need them sooner.
